Tasks
- Painting of composite rotor blades according to defined procedures
- Preparing surfaces for painting
- Complying with hygiene and safety regulations when working with paints
- Processing individual parts and assemblies, e.g. sanding, straightening, laminating, assembling
- Using tools and devices for various processing techniques
- Ensuring material availability according to production order
- Inspecting components for accuracy and completeness
- Manufacturing and repairing rotor blades
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a painter / vehicle painter or industrial painter
- Many years of professional experience in painting as well as in manufacturing / production
- Basic knowledge in handling fibre-reinforced composites (composite materials) and experience in composite coating
- Business fluent German skills (at least C1) and basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
