Tasks
- Analysis, reproduction, and documentation of errors in the context of bug tickets in IT network technology
- Creation and execution of test cases based on system requirements
- Maintenance and further development of IT network and backbone infrastructures
- Collaboration in troubleshooting and technical documentation
- Close coordination with development, system engineering, and quality assurance to evaluate and process malfunctions
- Understanding of complex network architectures and their administration
- Collaboration in security-related projects in compliance with export control regulations
Qualifications
- Completed bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Proven practical experience in network administration and configuration
- Knowledge of bug tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Xray) is an advantage
- Confident use of Microsoft Office
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
