Tasks

  • Analysis, reproduction, and documentation of errors in the context of bug tickets in IT network technology
  • Creation and execution of test cases based on system requirements
  • Maintenance and further development of IT network and backbone infrastructures
  • Collaboration in troubleshooting and technical documentation
  • Close coordination with development, system engineering, and quality assurance to evaluate and process malfunctions
  • Understanding of complex network architectures and their administration
  • Collaboration in security-related projects in compliance with export control regulations

Qualifications

  • Completed bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Proven practical experience in network administration and configuration
  • Knowledge of bug tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Xray) is an advantage
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
