Responsibilities
- Process harmonization for the migration to SAP S/4HANA
- Lean principles to simplify and optimize existing workflows
- Continuous improvement of communication and ticketing workflows
- Customer interface for digital order transparency and real-time information
- Supplier interface for automated data exchange and performance monitoring systems
- KPI reporting in Skywise, ensuring transparent visualization
- Improvement projects from initiation to closure using Airbus standard methodology
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in supplier management, project management and process improvement
- Initial application knowledge of SAP; experience with Skywise or other data analytics tools is desirable
- Good knowledge of Lean Management
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German skills are an advantage
- Knowledge of Google Workspace is desirable
- Proactivity, strategic mindset and strong communication skills in a multicultural environment
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
