Tasks
- Managing complex IT and digitalization projects in an international environment
- Planning, controlling, and executing all project phases in line with time, budget, and quality targets
- Coordinating interdisciplinary teams across IT and business functions
- Proactive risk and stakeholder management, including multi-level reporting
- Implementing and supporting changes as part of structured change management processes
- Applying modern project management methodologies and tools to ensure effective project execution
- Continuously optimizing governance models and project structures
- Driving innovation in project processes and digital tool environments
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or Business Administration
- Several years of professional experience in project management, IT environments and logistics/supply chain
- Solid knowledge of change management
- Initial hands-on experience with SAP and confident use of Google Workspace
- English at business fluent level (min. C1); German skills are an advantage
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
