• Managing complex IT and digitalization projects in an international environment
• Planning, controlling, and executing all project phases in line with time, budget, and quality targets
• Coordinating interdisciplinary teams across IT and business functions
• Proactive risk and stakeholder management, including multi-level reporting
• Implementing and supporting changes as part of structured change management processes
• Applying modern project management methodologies and tools to ensure effective project execution
• Continuously optimizing governance models and project structures
• Driving innovation in project processes and digital tool environments

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or Business Administration
• Several years of professional experience in project management, IT environments and logistics/supply chain
• Solid knowledge of change management
• Initial hands-on experience with SAP and confident use of Google Workspace
• English at business fluent level (min. C1); German skills are an advantage
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• CV in English required
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
