Tasks
- Analysis, reproduction, and documentation of errors in server and virtualization environments within the scope of bug tickets
- Creation and execution of test cases based on system requirements
- Maintenance and further development of IT infrastructures and virtualization systems
- Collaboration in the implementation of IT infrastructure projects, including troubleshooting and documentation
- Close cooperation with development, system engineering, and quality assurance for technical evaluation
- Ensuring the functionality of virtualization platforms and server architectures
- Working in a security-critical environment, taking into account export control requirements
Qualifications
- Completed bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Proven practical experience with IT infrastructures and virtualization systems required
- Knowledge of VMware, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, or comparable solutions is an advantage
- Experience with bug tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Xray is desirable
- Confident use of Microsoft Office
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
- Resume in English required
