Tasks
- Take ownership of a CAPEX investment portfolio and establish clear criteria for prioritization and decision-making
- Evaluate CAPEX investments in both operational and strategic projects together with business project teams and provide a robust, objective challenge
- Ensure close collaboration with Finance and Procurement and contribute industrial know-how to the assessment process
- Analyze the impact of changes in project cycle times and adjust annual forecasts accordingly
- Support the build-up and alignment of the Annual Operating Plan (OP) and secure the integration of Airbus top priorities
- Further develop tools and best practices and help ensure solid project and portfolio governance
- Support post-implementation assessments, verify process compliance, and track the realization of project benefits
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable technical field of study
- Extensive professional experience in Manufacturing / Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Project Management
- Several years of professional experience in Finance and Contract Management
- Good knowledge of Process Management and Risk Management
- Shopfloor experience is an advantage
- Confident use of Google Workspace (especially Gemini); ideally knowledge of Data Analytics, digitalization and CAPEX management tools
- English business fluent (min. C1); German, French or Spanish is an advantage
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
