Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Analyze, evaluate, and continuously improve departmental processes
- Method Development: Further develop internal Lean methods in collaboration with production management
- Training & Empowerment: Train and qualify employees in Lean methods and tools
- Material Creation: Create, update, and didactically optimize training materials
- Workshop Facilitation: Organize, lead, and follow up on workshop results
- Sub-Project Leadership: Independently plan and manage smaller sub-projects
- Strategy Implementation: Implement new strategies, structures, and systems in Lean Management
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in project management and process improvement
- Experience in a production environment is mandatory
- Proficient use of MS Office and Google Workspace
- Good knowledge of Change Management; basic knowledge of KAIZEN and Lean Management; Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage
- Business fluent German (at least C1); proficient English (at least B2)
- Willingness for max. 20% home office after onboarding
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working; pronounced communication skills; high level of persuasiveness and assertiveness
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
