Do you keep track of complex supply chains and ensure that all the parts you need are in the right place at the right time? In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with suppliers and internal teams, analysing digital tools to identify missing parts and optimising material availability. Use your experience as a Logistics and Materials Manager in logistics control and design efficient processes for trouble-free production at our customer Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg!
The gross annual salary is between € 62,800 and max. € 66,100, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks
- Communication with suppliers and internal departments such as supply management, production interfaces, logistics coordinators and warehouse operators
- Early identification of missing parts by analysing digital tools and initiating suitable measures to ensure on-time storage
- Coordination of lead times with Airbus Procurement and Airbus sites in order to optimally fulfil production requirements
- Responsibility for material availability through targeted measures to accelerate the material flow within the supply chain
- Utilisation and maintenance of Airbus ERP systems (SAP PDA/PGI/PEA) and other specific master data management tools
- Develop and implement corrective actions to continuously improve the efficiency of supply chain processes
Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering or supply chain / logistics
- First professional experience in purchasing, supplier management and supply chain / logistics
- Detailed knowledge of SAP and experience in using Google Workspace
- Business fluent in German and English, French an advantage
- Existing work permit for the EU (no student visa)
- Team player with a structured and results-orientated way of working and strong communication skills
