We are looking for a Logistics Associate / Shop Floor Logistician for our client at their Hamburg-Finkenwerder location. You will handle internal transport, properly package sensitive components, and ensure that everything on the shop floor runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. Apply now!

Responsibilities

  • In-plant transport of engines and engine components (nacelles)
  • Unboxing and repackaging, as well as unpacking and repacking engines and components according to specifications
  • Preparing customer presentations by cleaning and positioning components
  • Shipping and delivery preparation, including preparing the truck for pickup
  • Operating forklifts, including tow trucks, to ensure safe material flow
  • Performing crane operations (if qualified)
  • Ensuring compliance with technical requirements for the safe transport of all parts
  • Cleaning and maintenance of operational equipment, as well as maintaining consistent order and cleanliness in the work area


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training
  • Experience in the transport of large and small components, ideally in an industrial setting
  • Forklift license required
  • Crane operator license preferred
  • Class CE (40 t) truck driver’s license preferred (allowance possible)
  • Very good German (min. B2) and basic English skills (min. A2)
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
