For our client Collins Aerospace - Aerostructures Goodrich Aerospace Europe GmbH, we are looking for a Handling / Shopfloor Logistics Employee at the Hamburg site. In this central role, you are responsible for the safe and efficient internal transport of engines and components – from preparation to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Internal transport of engines and engine components (nacelles)
  • Logistics processes such as unboxing, boxing, and packaging of components
  • Customer presentation preparation through cleaning and proper positioning of components
  • Truck logistics coordination for delivery preparation
  • Forklift operations including the use of tow tractors
  • Crane operations for the safe handling of large components
  • Quality and safety assurance by complying with all technical transport requirements
  • Maintenance and cleaning of operational equipment and the work environment

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training, ideally in logistics or a technical-commercial field
  • Initial experience in the transport of large and small components
  • Forklift license mandatory
  • Ideally crane license and LKW driving license CE (40t)
  • German skills at a conversational level; basic English skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Teamwork skills, flexibility, and a high sense of responsibility
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
