Tasks
- Coordination of logistics processes between Manufacturing Engineering, Production Planning, and Procurement
- Ensuring on-time material supply using appropriate means of transport
- Maintenance and analysis of logistics data as well as execution of root cause analyses to prevent errors
- Monitoring of KPIs related to performance, cost, and quality
- Optimization of logistics processes across stations, units, and production sites
- Planning and execution of audits in collaboration with the quality management department
- Escalation management in case of disruptions in the logistics flow
- Compliance with all safety regulations and service level agreements
Qualifications
- Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics
- Several years of professional experience in supply chain management, logistics, and supplier management
- Initial user experience with SAP and confident handling of Google Workspace
- Fluent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visa not sufficient) is mandatory
