We are currently looking for a structured Logistics Coordinator SAP Aviation for our client Airbus Operations GmbH at the Hamburg Finkenwerder site. Tasks

  • Analysis and comparison of as-is and to-be logistics processes within SAP ARP
  • Coordination and evaluation of process deviations between legacy systems and SAP
  • Definition of functional system requirements in case of process gaps
  • Execution of end-to-end testing and validation of SAP solutions
  • Support during rollout, hypercare phases and training activities
  • Development and alignment of new logistics concepts and processes with stakeholders
  • Ensuring harmonized and standardized logistics processes across Germany
  • Consulting internal stakeholders on logistics documentation and Business Management System (BMS)

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in logistics / supply chain and information systems
  • In-depth expert knowledge in SAP and SAP R/3, including experience with SAP Logistics and Google Workspace
  • Solid knowledge of process management
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
