At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will take on the role of Logistics Customer Service Coordinator, responsible for the fast and reliable procurement of critical aircraft parts. You coordinate the supply chain for urgent requirements and ensure materials arrive exactly where they are needed – especially in Aircraft-on-Ground situations.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 69,608 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.06.2027. Responsibilities
- Procurement and logistics for urgently required aircraft parts that are not locally available
- Delivery date monitoring and ensuring the fastest possible material availability
- Logistical tracking of specific and critical parts shipments
- Acceleration of deliveries to the desired deployment location
- Evaluation of options in material procurement to select the fastest delivery variant
- Collaboration with various internal and external functions
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in a technical field, industrial engineering, business administration, international management, supply chain / logistics, or economics (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in customer service, process improvement, and supply chain / logistics
- Experience in creating shipping documents
- Detailed specialist knowledge of SAP and experience with Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of project management as well as good knowledge of warehouse information systems and logistics regulations
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Airbus experience mandatory; experience in returns logistics advantageous
- Stakeholder management advantageous
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working as well as pronounced communication skills and assertiveness
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
