Responsibilities
- Material provisioning for assembly areas and machines – ensuring timely and correct quality
- Transport organization for internal material flows, including planning and coordination
- Clarification case management with various stakeholders to develop solutions
- Documentation creation and preparation for shipping, including accompanying papers
- Evaluations and analyses conducted independently, for example for inventories
- Process optimization in logistics and component protection, continuously driving improvements
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training, for example as an industrial mechanic, logistics specialist, or commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of scheduling, material procurement, production, production planning, or logistics
- Practical experience in technical documentation
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English
- Willingness to work, teamwork skills, and a structured, conscientious way of working
- Good communication and assertiveness skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
