Responsibilities


  • Material provisioning for assembly areas and machines – ensuring timely and correct quality
  • Transport organization for internal material flows, including planning and coordination
  • Clarification case management with various stakeholders to develop solutions
  • Documentation creation and preparation for shipping, including accompanying papers
  • Evaluations and analyses conducted independently, for example for inventories
  • Process optimization in logistics and component protection, continuously driving improvements


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training, for example as an industrial mechanic, logistics specialist, or commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of scheduling, material procurement, production, production planning, or logistics
  • Practical experience in technical documentation
  • Proficient use of MS Office and SAP
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English
  • Willingness to work, teamwork skills, and a structured, conscientious way of working
  • Good communication and assertiveness skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
