Responsibilities


  • Process Optimization: Analysis and continuous improvement of inbound and inventory processes at operational and tactical levels
  • Performance Management: Definition, implementation, and follow-up of measures to increase performance and resolve issues
  • Transformation: Co-design of layouts, processes, equipment, and tools as part of the logistics transformation in Hamburg
  • Partnership Management: Building and maintaining strong, cooperative collaboration with logistics service providers
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Close coordination with internal stakeholders at Satair and Airbus
  • Reporting: Creation and presentation of performance analyses and reports


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics, or Supply Chain Quality (at least Bachelor's)
  • Many years of professional experience in warehouse logistics and supply chain management
  • Several years of experience in supplier management, process planning, and process improvement
  • Solid knowledge of SAP/R3; Google Workspace is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Change Management and Lean Management; basic knowledge of Total Quality Management
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Analytical mindset, communication skills, and independent working style
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
