At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will work as a Logistics & Production Coordinator to manage the logistical processes of the final assembly line. You ensure the smooth availability of parts, coordinate work orders, and optimize material flows – so that production never stalls.

Responsibilities


  • Production progress reports: create and monitor the availability of parts
  • Daily priorities: adjust and coordinate workflows efficiently
  • Work order management: manage work orders from release to closure and control material flow
  • Component management: handle missing parts and logistical distribution
  • Parasitic material flows: coordinate with other departments, e.g., for non-conformities or part loss
  • Product availability: monitor and identify bottlenecks early
  • Pending logistics flows: manage and optimize open work orders


Qualifications

  • Completed training as a technician / business manager in supply chain / logistics or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in scheduling and material procurement
  • Initial experience in aircraft manufacturing as well as production planning and control
  • Proficient use of SAP (detailed functions) and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts alternating weekly)
  • Analytical thinking, teamwork, and strong communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
