Responsibilities
- Project Management: Plan, implement, and monitor logistical projects and conversion initiatives
- Interface Coordination: Control and align tasks and responsibilities between internal departments and external service providers
- Warehouse Coordination: Accompany the material flow between the logistics service provider, Airbus Operations, and KID Systems
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure that external partner services meet defined quality standards
- Data Provision: Prepare quantitative and qualitative data for discussions and decision-making
- Process and Tool Management: Responsible for managing and optimizing processes and tools
- Partner Management: Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers
- Reporting: Track and control project phases and create corresponding reports
Qualifications
- Completed degree in a technical field, industrial engineering, business administration, international management, or supply chain / logistics (at least a Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in supplier management, project management, and supply chain / logistics
- Experience in the Airbus environment is an advantage
- Proficient use of SAP and Click´n Buy (BySide); knowledge of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel (approximately once a month in the DACH region)
- Strong teamwork skills, communication skills, and analytical thinking
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
