Tasks

  • Take responsibility for the MBZ station: ensure station monitoring and carry out regular clean-up activities (civil and military)
  • Receive incoming materials in goods receipt, perform administrative checks and distribute items to the relevant MRO areas/shops
  • Execute and clearly document SAP material postings for internal plant flows
  • Provide on-time feedback for production and maintenance orders in SAP/EC2 and in the shop floor data collection system (BDE)
  • Create delivery notes for returns to the Belgian customer and process return flows in a traceable manner
  • Implement SQCDP routines in daily operations and address deviations openly
  • Prepare data for KPI reporting and ensure transparency in performance figures
  • Participate in regular coordination meetings with Belgium, proactively obtain information and follow up topics in a structured way

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training (minimum 3 years), e.g. warehouse logistics specialist, logistics clerk, industrial mechanic, or a comparable qualification
  • Extensive professional experience in material management and logistics
  • Experience in goods receipt, material flow and internal logistics is an advantage
  • Detailed knowledge of SAP, SASPF and Microsoft Office
  • German at negotiation level (min. C1); English skills are an advantage
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
