Tasks

  • Take over fixture logistics: provision, shipping and delivery of fixtures for production
  • Warehouse management in the fixture storage area, including empties and transport equipment coordination
  • Shopfloor logistics: loading and unloading of internal stations along defined routes
  • Check and prepare picking lists, including emergency handling and return logistics for reusable packaging
  • Ensure product packaging for air, land or general cargo – in compliance with specifications and protection requirements
  • Prepare products according to the picking list and work instructions
  • Ship components to internal and external customers, including all accompanying documentation

Qualifications

  • Completed qualification as a technician or master craftsman in a technical, industrial or commercial profession, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, freight forwarding and logistics clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk
  • Extensive professional experience as a technical clerk and in the fields of manufacturing / production, warehouse logistics, supply chain, logistics, aerospace and technical documentation
  • Forklift license required
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • German language skills at negotiation level (min. C1), English at intermediate level (min. B1)
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and to perform occasional overtime
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visa not sufficient) is mandatory
