At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will take on central responsibility as a Logistics Specialist / Scheduler Components for the timely availability of individual parts and assemblies. In close coordination with production and quality assurance, you ensure a smooth material flow, identify bottlenecks early, and initiate targeted countermeasures.

Responsibilities
- Dispatching and controlling of complex individual parts and assemblies
- Timely component availability in coordination with production, quality assurance, and customers
- Bottlenecks and delivery difficulties identified early and appropriate countermeasures initiated
- Catch-up plans created to systematically compensate for delays
- Safety stocks, lot sizes, and lead times continuously maintained and optimized
- Goods movements recorded, controlled, and documented
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training, e.g., as an industrial mechanic, logistics specialist, or commercial training, ideally with a master craftsman or technician qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of dispatching, material procurement, production, manufacturing planning/control, and logistics
- Experience in technical documentation
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English
- Willingness to work, teamwork skills, and a structured, conscientious way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
