We are currently looking for an organized Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator for our client Airbus Aerostructures GmbH at their Hamburg Finkenwerder location. In this position, you will ensure the smooth management of physical logistics processes and actively contribute to the optimization of the supply chain – with a direct impact on quality, time, and costs. Tasks
- Management and control of logistics processes from unloading to delivery at the destination
- Optimization of logistics processes in terms of quality, time, and costs
- Monitoring of KPIs and performance of root cause analyses to prevent errors
- Communication with internal interfaces and external service providers
- Participation in the assessment of logistical implications of planning changes
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and hazardous goods regulations
- Support in audit preparation and implementation of local improvement initiatives
- Monitoring of service level agreements (SLAs) and escalation processes
Qualifications
- Completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain/logistics or a comparable field of study
- Several years of experience in aerospace, project management and supply chain/logistics
- Basic knowledge of change management
- Expert knowledge of SAP and confident use of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German skills (at least C1)
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
