Responsibilities
- Machine operation of edge bending robots and monitoring of process functions
- Program parameters for edge and robot processes, selecting and adjusting as needed
- Component handling: loading and unloading parts on the robots
- Deburring of components according to manufacturing specifications
- Documentation and reporting of system data and production steps
- Material flow control and forwarding of production orders to subsequent stations
- Quality assurance through precise work according to kit programs
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a metalworking trade (e.g., Industrial Mechanic, Machining Technician)
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
- Experience in mechatronics or as a Machine Operator
- Knowledge of SAP and SAP/R3 as well as experience with Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Quality awareness, teamwork, flexibility, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
