At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will operate as a Machine Operator / Mechatronics Technician, controlling high-precision equipment for the production of marking films for aircraft painting. The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 43,957 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 26.06.2028. Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Operate flatbed plotters for the production of marking films for aircraft exterior painting
- Machine Setup: Set up, calibrate, and adjust plotters and fixtures to suit workpieces
- Process Control: Monitor and control predefined machining processes such as cutting and trimming
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure compliance with all specifications and quality standards during the manufacturing process
- Film Production: Precise trimming and production of films for the painting area (Aircraft Paint)
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician or Machine and Plant Operator
- Several years of professional experience in mechatronics or machine and plant operation
- Experience in handling flatbed plotters or similar manufacturing equipment
- High quality awareness and focused, independent way of working
- Willingness to work shifts in a continuous shift system
- Teamwork skills, reliability, and structured approach to work
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
