Tasks
- Ensuring compliance with aviation regulations in both civil and military sectors
- Development, maintenance, and optimization of the approved Maintenance Program (IHP), including economic planning of annual base maintenance events
- Monitoring of fleet status including due date tracking, issuing of alerts, and initiation of grounding if necessary
- Creation, review, and documentation of maintenance work orders in the Maintenance Information System (Envision)
- Planning and coordination of export and annual inspections, as well as complex repairs and modifications (MRO) up to regulatory airworthiness release
- Maintenance of helicopter master data and technical documentation (e.g. inspection and final reports)
Qualifications
- Completed technical degree or alternatively a minimum of 3 years of aviation-specific vocational training with military qualification, such as CFS Part 66 CAT B1/B2 or equivalent, including further qualification as technician or master craftsman
- Extensive professional experience in maintenance, aerospace, technical documentation, as well as in the OEM and helicopter environment
- Military background and confident handling of military and aviation regulatory requirements
- Sound knowledge of Airbus Helicopters H-Type products and a strong network within the civil helicopter programmes (Type Rating on Airbus Helicopters H145 is an advantage)
- Confident use of visual management methods and tools (experience with HIP, Envision or SAP is a plus)
- Business fluent German skills (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2)
- Willingness to be on-call, work in shifts and travel as required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visa not sufficient) is mandatory
