Responsibilities
- Work Planning: Independent creation of work plans and maintenance instructions
- Troubleshooting: Creation of plans to resolve disruptions and non-conformances for a smooth production flow
- Technical Solution Development: Development of technical solutions for disruptions, potentially in cooperation with engineering
- Process Optimization: Definition and optimization of maintenance processes considering technical and economic aspects
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Close interaction with all MRO and support departments
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering or aerospace (at least Bachelor's) or comparable qualification (e.g., master craftsman/technician with significant experience in aircraft maintenance)
- Several years of professional experience in aerospace and manufacturing engineering
- Experience in work planning and technical support is mandatory
- Knowledge of the Tornado aircraft is an advantage
- Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Analytical skills, teamwork, and a customer-oriented mindset
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
