Responsibilities
- Contract Drafting: Drafting and amending individual service upgrade sales contract documents reflecting the agreed obligations between Airbus and its customers
- Risk and Profitability Management: Ensuring contractual obligations and revenues are consistent with Airbus's industrial, technical, and legal constraints
- Pricing Strategy: Developing and implementing a pricing strategy that aligns the value proposition and ensures acceptable risks for Airbus
- Business Case: Preparing strong business cases for commercial offers
- Internal Collaboration: Close coordination with Business Lines, Contracts, and regional Sales colleagues in preparing offers
- Commercial Recording: Recording and evaluating risks and key financial data
- Marketing Input: Providing insights to marketing plans
- Customer Representation: Internally representing the Voice of the Customer and managing commercial offer preparation to achieve the best financial result
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering or Business Administration (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in finance, customer service, and project management
- International working experience is a strong plus
- Proficient use of Google Workspace
- Business fluent English (at least C1); Spanish skills are an advantage
- Experience in contract management, marketing, and pricing is desirable
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, analytical thinking, and an independent, proactive way of working
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
