Responsibilities


  • Financial Planning: Consolidate and prepare operational planning, forecasts, budgets, and end-of-year estimates
  • Reporting Standardization: Standardize monthly closing reports and automate processes
  • Cost Calculation: Perform specific cost calculations in cooperation with internal customers such as Engineering and Procurement
  • Method Responsibility: Decide on the costing methodology and reference assumptions to be applied
  • Risk Analysis: Assess risks and opportunities and identify cost drivers
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain and share expertise on processes, methods, and industrial structures of internal customers
  • Process Optimization: Actively support and contribute to improvement measures for processes and tools
  • Supplier Management: Support supplier negotiations and contribute to supplier strategy


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
  • Many years of professional experience in controlling, finance, and project management
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office; experience with SAP S/4 Hana required
  • Business fluent English (at least C1); German or Spanish skills are a plus
  • Ability to work in multicultural teams and strong communication skills
  • Analytical thinking, proactive working style, and independent action
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
