Tasks

• Active engagement of external target audiences through strategic use of media and social media channels
• Establishment and maintenance of media relations to support the external communications strategy
• Promotion and protection of the corporate brand, including the positioning of products, services, employees and executives
• Acting as corporate spokesperson and brand ambassador across relevant external communication channels
• Development and provision of communication KPIs for analysis, optimization and decision-making support

• Continuous improvement of external communication activities based on performance data and trends

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in Communication Sciences or Business Administration
• Several years of professional experience in public relations and/or communications management, including proven experience in media relations
• Journalism experience is a plus
• Very good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and practical experience in social media communication
• Business-fluent German and English skills (at least C1); French language skills are an advantage
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
