Responsibilities


  • Interface function between design and manufacturing as the central technical point of contact
  • Problem analysis and resolution of recurring technical challenges for optimal work results
  • Process optimization through joint planning, production control, and design of manufacturing workflows
  • Quality assurance by resolving non-conformities in ongoing production regarding design and regulations
  • Documentation and commissioning of remaining work at the construction site or aircraft sections
  • IT research in current systems for drawings, references, parts, tools, and documentation
  • Continuous improvement of the operational process to achieve company objectives


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or mechatronics technician with at least a master craftsman/technical business manager qualification OR completed engineering or technical degree with at least a master craftsman/technical business manager qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in work preparation, disposition/material procurement, manufacturing/production, production planning/control, or line side support
  • Knowledge of detailed functions in SAP as well as experience with Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
  • Excellent communication skills, independent and structured way of working, as well as team and project orientation
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
