Tasks

  • Coordination of logistics processes between Manufacturing Engineering, Production Planning, and Procurement
  • Ensuring on-time material supply using appropriate means of transport
  • Maintenance and analysis of logistics data as well as execution of root cause analyses to prevent errors
  • Monitoring of KPIs related to performance, cost, and quality
  • Optimization of logistics processes across stations, units, and production sites
  • Planning and execution of audits in collaboration with the quality management department
  • Escalation management in case of disruptions in the logistics flow
  • Compliance with all safety regulations and service level agreements

Qualifications

  • Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics
  • Several years of professional experience in supply chain management, logistics, and supplier management
  • Initial user experience with SAP and confident handling of Google Workspace
  • Fluent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work in a two-shift system
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visa not sufficient) is mandatory
