For our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, we are looking for a Material Dispatcher Helicopters who will ensure the availability of materials for the maintenance and conversion of military helicopters. Tasks

  • Ensuring material availability for maintenance, repair, and modification of NH90/UHT helicopters
  • Processing logistics processes in SAP R/3 and SASPF
  • Coordination with specialist departments such as production, quality assurance, work preparation, and with the client (e.g., German Armed Forces)
  • Monitoring missing parts and actively managing appropriate measures
  • Monitoring and analyzing KPIs to optimize material planning

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training with further training as a technician or specialist
  • Several years of professional experience in scheduling/material procurement, in aerospace and in supply chain management
  • Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • Experience with SASPF is a great advantage
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
