Tasks
- Validation of electronic stock provisioning requests (e-RSP) on behalf of Satair
- Management of procurement processes and monitoring of delivery timelines according to e-RSP specifications
- Coordination with various supply chain functions to ensure material availability
- Preparation of regular order and status reports for the Request for Stock Provisioning Manager
- Ensuring material is appropriately stored and available, including verification of storage location
- Monitoring stock movements (in/out) against forecast and budget – derivation of actions to maintain budget compliance
- Support in escalation handling and optimization of delivery performance
- Reporting e-RSP results in the ELIPS system
Qualifications
- Completed studies in engineering, business administration or logistics
- Several years of professional experience in aircraft manufacturing, supplier management, supply chain/logistics and technical documentation
- Solid knowledge of project management and technical understanding of aircraft and engineering documentation
- Initial experience in a similar technical environment, ideally in after-sales or engineering
- Advanced user skills in SAP, initial experience with Java and Python, confident handling of Google Workspace and ideally familiarity with Skywise
- English business fluent (min. C1), German at least basic proficiency (A2–B1)
- CV in English is required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union is mandatory (no student visa permitted)
