Responsibilities
- PIL Process Management: Actively manage and drive the entire Priority Item List (PIL) process, ensuring action tracking and appropriate escalation management
- Reporting & Scorecard: Primary responsibility for the PIL scorecard and related reporting, including consolidation of delivery metrics (OTR)
- Interface Management: Function as the central focal point for the PSO/program area and gather operational input for PIL items
- Communication & Transparency: Ensure clear communication of PIL risks and challenges to internal and external stakeholders
- Data Analysis & Action Planning: Analyze complex metrics like WIP and supplier backlogs and translate them into concrete action plans
- Solution Development: Evaluate alternative solution approaches and further develop them in close coordination with operational units
- Standardization: Ensure consistent standardization of processes and reporting across all programs
- Performance Coordination: Coordinate structural issues impacting performance and crisis escalations
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Aerospace Engineering (at least Bachelor's) or alternatively a Master Craftsman/Technician qualification with relevant additional training and professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in at least one of the following areas: Material Planning/Procurement, Purchasing, Aircraft Manufacturing, Customer Service, Project Management, or Supply Chain/Logistics
- Solid experience in project management (PMO) as well as tracking KPIs and creating management reports and scorecards
- Strong analytical thinking skills for quickly grasping complex metrics (WIP, supplier backlogs) and translating them into action plans
- Proficient use of standard office and data analysis software
- Good written and spoken German skills required
- Teamwork, communication skills, and a proactive, independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
