Tasks
- Setting up and operating NC machines
- Setting up and adjusting tools and fixtures
- Processing of components according to defined processes
- Checking manufactured parts for dimensional accuracy and quality
- Performing NC band tests
- Analyzing and troubleshooting malfunctions on the systems
- Performing simple maintenance work/TPM activities
- Training new employees in the production environment
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator, process mechanic for coating technology or in a comparable metalworking profession
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production
- Proficient German language skills (at least B2)
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Quality-conscious and independent way of working with strong teamwork skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
