Responsibilities


  • Process Optimization: Develop manufacturing concepts and evolve production processes
  • NC Management: Identify, assess, and track Non-Conformities and find solutions
  • Improvement Process: Coordinate costs, schedules, and quality and integrate functions such as Maintenance, MAP, and OSW
  • Series Planning: New and series planning of individual parts and assemblies as well as work schedule creation
  • Industrial Feasibility: Confirm construction documents in the release process and commission standardized manufacturing equipment
  • Capacity Management: Anticipate capacity fluctuations and expand competencies
  • Disruption Management: Identify manufacturing problems, validate corrective actions, and control deviation reports
  • Work Order Management: Support design consultation and manage off-site work


Qualifications

  • Vocational training as Aircraft Mechanic or Aircraft Builder with master qualification or a degree in Vehicle Construction, Engineering, Aerospace or a technical subject with master qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in work preparation, aircraft construction or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Previous experience with aircraft required
  • Confident use of SAP (knowledge of detailed functions) and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English skills (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work shifts (early and late, alternating weekly)
  • Teamwork skills, communicative working style and solution-oriented approach
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
