Tasks
- Assume engineering product responsibility for the assigned range of equipment
- Create, review, and approve maintenance documentation
- Define and oversee in-house developments, repairs, modifications, supplemental pages, and testing
- Prepare calculations and manage technical implementations
- Coordinate and communicate technical issues between production, administration, customers, and management
- Track and investigate malfunctions, technical complaints, and limit violations, and initiate corrective measures
- Identify optimization potential in the maintenance process, create action plans, and implement them
- Support the technical and economic evaluation of solution concepts and help develop alternatives
Qualifications
- Completed university or technical college degree in engineering, preferably in aircraft construction, mechanical engineering, or aeronautical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in a technical environment in maintenance or product support (aviation-related)
- Good knowledge of aviation legislation
- Good IT skills
- Business fluent in German and English (at least C1 in each)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
