Tasks

  • Preparation and assembly of simple to complex components based on instructions
  • Assembly of precision components with tight tolerances
  • Machining of parts using equipment, especially aluminum profiles (bending, grinding)
  • Manufacturing of individual parts and assemblies according to technical drawings and bills of materials
  • Integration of change instructions into existing assembly processes
  • Independent planning of assembly steps and execution of complex tasks
  • Material inspection for completeness; reporting discrepancies where necessary
  • Active communication and teamwork to ensure smooth process flows

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as metalworker, automotive body builder, toolmaker, manufacturing mechanic or comparable technical qualification
  • Extensive professional experience in manufacturing / production and in the aerospace industry
  • Proven experience in assembly, machining of aluminum profiles, and manufacturing of components and assemblies
  • Advanced user skills in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Willingness to work in shift operation
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
