Responsibilities
- NC Programming for modern production systems in the field of composite and metal components
- Scheduling and ensuring the timely delivery of NC programs
- Simulation and feasibility analysis of programmed data using specialized tools
- Consulting engineering and manufacturing departments as well as supporting development projects
- Validation and optimization of axis dynamics, cycles, and motion control systems
- Integration testing of NC programs into the distribution system (DNC)
- Series production support and participation in demonstration tests with various departments
- Manufacturing preparation by creating basic data for tools and material cuts
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field of study
- Several years of professional experience in Manufacturing Engineering, ideally in the aerospace industry
- Practical experience with riveting systems and the simulation of system tests
- Detailed specialist knowledge of SAP and Catia V5 as well as experience with other CAD tools
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Teamwork skills, communication strength, and independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
