Responsibilities


  • Occupational safety: ensure and implement safety standards within the company
  • Contractor coordination: independently plan and manage coordination activities in the HR area
  • Collaboration: ensure efficient cooperation within the contractor network
  • Reporting: support the creation of reports on incidents, occurrences, and observations
  • Risk identification: identify and report unsafe situations and defective work equipment
  • Interface function: act as a point of contact for safety issues between colleagues and supervisors
  • Accident investigations: actively support investigations, inspections, and safety campaigns
  • Risk assessments: contribute to the creation of risk assessments in accordance with DGUV Regulation 1


Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training, training as a healthcare merchant, or as a personnel clerk
  • Many years of professional experience in one of the mentioned commercial areas
  • Several years of experience in occupational safety; experience in the safety field is an advantage
  • Initial experience in quality assurance
  • Good knowledge of process management
  • Confident handling of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
  • Independent working style, high sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
