You are the central point of contact for all occupational health and safety matters and work closely with the on-site teams.

Responsibilities
- Site inspections and consultation in production with representatives from the workshop, supervisors, works council, and other interfaces
- Accident investigation of workplace accidents and near-misses using the FISH tool (Federated Information for Safety and Health)
- Risk assessment support: Identify work-related hazards and evaluate and classify the associated risks
- Preventive measures develop jointly and propose measures to prevent hazards, accidents, and health impairments
- On-site risk control support and contribute to the efficient investigation of workplace incidents
- Training and awareness ensure, including EHS induction events (Environment, Health and Safety)
- EHS meetings actively participate in and help shape on-site meetings
Qualifications
- Completed technical training, at least at master craftsman level, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in occupational safety
- Certification as an Occupational Safety Specialist is mandatory
- Proficient use of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
- Driving license class B/3
- Qualification as a Safety and Health Coordinator (SiGeKo) is an advantage
- Sense of responsibility, independent working style, and excellent communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
