Start now with our customer Airbus Operations GmbH at their Hamburg-Finkenwerder location as an Office Manager Team Assistant and support the A320 Family Development Program department. In this role, you will support an international management team and ensure that day-to-day business runs smoothly. Tasks
- Organization and maintenance of complex schedules for the A320 Family Development division management
- Annual planning and coordination of meetings and avoidance of scheduling conflicts
- Travel organization including bookings, visa applications and travel expense reports
- Organization of events and meetings in coordination with internal and external participants
- Handling of administrative tasks in day-to-day business: e.g., logistics, orders via Click'n Buy, and internal communication
- Coordination with international colleagues from Toulouse, the UK, and other locations
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training with many years of professional experience, e.g., as an office communications clerk or similar
- Several years of professional experience as a secretary / assistant and initial experience in public relations/communications management
- Airbus experience is an advantage
- In-depth application knowledge of SAP, Click'n Buy (BySide) and confident use of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1), French skills are an advantage
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
