Tasks
- Coordination and moderation of occupational health management
- Coordination with external service providers in the health sector
- Support in the area of occupational safety and environment, health and safety (EHS)
- Organisation and implementation of BEM procedures on the employer side
- Support and monitoring of measures initiated in occupational integration management
- Interface to internal and external contact persons
Qualifications
- Completed training in healthcare or comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in occupational health management / work ability management, ideally in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of social security law, occupational safety and health protection desirable
- Confident use of MS Office
- Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is essential
- Consulting skills, empathy and a professional manner
