Responsibilities
- Procurement: Secure commercial conditions for ad-hoc customer orders and quotes across all product types with optimal conditions
- Supplier Management: Lead review meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to fulfill customer requests
- Negotiation: Challenge and negotiate with suppliers to support customer service profitability
- Process Optimization: Identify recurring sourcing issues and implement corrective actions
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with planning, supply management, product management, suppliers and subcontractors
- IT Tools & Processes: Support the transformation team in developing, optimizing and implementing new IT tools and processes
- Cost Analysis: Identify cost-saving opportunities and secure them to improve aftermarket competitiveness
- Performance Reviews: Support the creation of weekly performance reviews and launch targeted actions based on data insights
Qualifications
- Completed degree in a technical field, business administration, supply chain / logistics or economics (at least Bachelor)
- Several years of professional experience in procurement and supplier management
- Several years of experience in supply chain / logistics; experience in data analysis is advantageous
- Proficient use of MS Excel (advanced application skills); initial application skills in SAP; knowledge of Google Workspace
- Business fluent in English (at least C1); German and French advantageous
- Basic knowledge of CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) and project management
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a process-driven, solution-oriented approach
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
