At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will take on the role of Operational Buyer Materials Supply, managing the entire process chain from order to goods receipt booking. You coordinate suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth material supply in an international environment through proactive management.

Responsibilities
- Operational Procurement: Independent handling of all operational activities in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
- Supplier Management: Execution of assignments including supplier selection and comprehensive order management
- Procurement Terms: Negotiation and evaluation of terms and conditions with suppliers
- Order Processing: Responsibility for the creation, monitoring, and final processing of orders up to goods receipt booking
- Schedule and Quantity Management: Proactive monitoring of delivery dates and quantities as well as ensuring material availability
- Communication: Daily coordination with national and international suppliers and clarification of queries
- Process Optimization: Support in the continuous improvement of operational procurement processes
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training, at least as a technician / technical business manager
- Several years of professional experience in scheduling and material procurement
- Extensive experience in operational procurement and supplier management
- Proficient use of SAP, particularly knowledge of detailed functions
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
- Structured, responsible, and meticulous way of working
- Teamwork skills, communication strength, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
