Tasks

  • Operational handling of purchasing processes, including supplier selection and ordering
  • Order management from ordering to goods receipt posting
  • Monitoring of deadlines and quantities to ensure material availability
  • Communication with national and international suppliers to clarify open issues
  • Processing of clarification cases regarding deadlines and quality in coordination with specialist departments
  • Maintenance of purchasing data in IT systems
  • Support in process optimization in operational purchasing

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial vocational training (at least technician/specialist—e.g., as a purchasing specialist, industrial clerk, or wholesale and foreign trade clerk)
  • Many years of experience in operational purchasing, particularly in materials procurement and supplier management
  • Good understanding of SAP functions in purchasing
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
