Tasks

  • Daily monitoring and control of supply chain performance in areas such as goods receipt, workshop and shipping
  • Communication with suppliers and internal departments to implement preventive and corrective measures
  • Coordination of return logistics, including obtaining quotes and expansion planning
  • Inventory management and implementation of action plans for capacity utilization control with suppliers
  • Collaboration on the introduction of new products (New Product Introduction)
  • Order management and maintenance and control of order data in the ERP system
  • Analysis of delays and prioritization of critical requirements from the assembly areas
  • Control of operational measures to optimize logistics processes and missing parts management

Qualifications

  • Completed degree or vocational training with additional qualification as a technician/specialist in engineering, aerospace, business administration, supply chain/logistics or comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in purchasing and supply chain/logistics
  • In-depth user knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Analytical and qualitative approach to work with excellent communication skills and team spirit
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
