For our client HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH, we are looking for an Operations Buyer at the Ulm site. In a highly specialized environment with an annual procurement volume of around 1.3 billion EUR, you ensure the smooth supply of materials and services – from demand request to goods receipt.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 50,662 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.04.2027. Responsibilities
- Quotation acquisition and conducting price comparisons
- Process control from demand request to goods receipt
- Order management including processing of order confirmations
- Delivery date monitoring and ensuring the reminder system
- Invoice clarification for discrepancies in delivery or billing
- Quality assurance through processing of defect notifications and complaints
- Supplier correspondence with national and international partners
- Strategic coordination with Strategic Procurement
Qualifications
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
- Initial experience in procurement desirable
- Proficient use of ERP systems, for example SAP Materials Management (MM)
- Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- High degree of sense of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent
- Teamwork skills, independent working style, and good communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
