Responsibilities


  • Launch Management and steering of ramp-up processes for stable series production
  • Process Optimization through analysis and improvement of manufacturing workflows and performance
  • Project Management including planning of technical measures as well as risk identification and mitigation
  • Reporting with creation of project, status, and progress reports for decision-making support
  • Investment Projects supporting the introduction of new technologies, manufacturing concepts, and process standards
  • Collaboration with interfaces such as production, manufacturing engineering, quality, and maintenance
  • Workshop Facilitation for coordination meetings and continuous improvement of production performance


Qualifications

  • Completed engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) at least Bachelor's level
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing, production planning and control
  • Solid experience in project management and process optimization
  • Good knowledge of Lean Management, KAIZEN, process management, and risk management
  • Good German language skills (at least C1); proficient English (at least B2)
  • Experience in launch, industrialization or optimization management as well as knowledge in machining advantageous
  • Structured and independent way of working, teamwork skills and pronounced communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
