Responsibilities


  • Demand and order management for spare, missing, and production parts as well as hardware and equipment, managed independently
  • Supply chain monitoring ensured through daily supervision and close collaboration with suppliers and all interfaces
  • Customer communication proactively managed to inform about order progress and maintain business relationships
  • Forecast analysis such as demand plans and forecasts prepared and communicated
  • Recovery management for delayed deliveries conducted and corresponding plans implemented
  • Quality assurance ensured by processing all customer orders and deliveries according to deadline and quality specifications


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Economics or Business Administration (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience in disposition, material procurement, and supplier management
  • Experience in the aerospace industry
  • Proficient use of SAP (detailed functions) and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Willingness to work in 3-shift system (24/7) including weekends and holidays, as well as on-call duty
  • Strong communication skills, structured and results-oriented working style, and stress resistance
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
