Tasks
- Prepare and manage modification documentation within the ATA35 oxygen systems domain
- Review and coordinate supplier documentation for product specifications and qualification results
- Ensure compliance with airworthiness standards and Airbus internal requirements
- Support lab, ground, and flight tests, including anomaly investigations down to component and system level
- Coordinate system-related activities with internal stakeholders (procurement, production, flight test, customer services, engineering, certification)
- Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions for in-service system issues
- Assist in configuration management and requirements documentation
- Help secure the continuous evolution and reliability of Airbus’ oxygen systems
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, Engineering Sciences or Industrial Engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree)
- Extensive professional experience in the areas of engineering, research & development, as well as aerospace engineering
- Experience in supplier management; ideally familiarity with ATA35 systems and a solid understanding of civil aviation requirements and documentation processes
- Confident handling of DOORS, Google Workspace, and tools used in requirements engineering and configuration management
- Business-fluent English skills (at least C1) and good German skills (at least B2)
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union is mandatory (student visas are not accepted)
